AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

Welcome to WeFindAnyCars! We, Motors Are Us Ltd, operate under the trade name WeFindAnyCars. By using our services, including our website (https://www.wefindanycars.uk) and related products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. OUR SERVICES

Our services are provided for the purpose of facilitating the purchase of used cars. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We own or hold licences for all intellectual property rights associated with our services, including content and trademarks. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use our services for personal or internal business purposes only.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to do so, are of legal age, and will not use the services for illegal purposes.

4. PRODUCTS

We strive to provide accurate information about the products available on our platform, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or availability of such information. All products are subject to availability, and prices may change without notice.

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept debit/credit card payments, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and bank transfers. Any cash has to be discussed before purchase and will be limited.

6. RETURN POLICY

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use our services for any unauthorised or illegal purposes, including but not limited to circumventing security features or engaging in fraudulent activities.

8. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

Users are not permitted to submit or post content on our platform.

9. CONTRIBUTION LICENCE

By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use and share such feedback without compensation.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for our services.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. We reserve the right to assign our rights and obligations under these terms.

23. LIABILITY AFTER CAR PURCHASE

Upon purchasing a car, you agree the condition of the car in its state, and no refunds will be issued for any damages incurred after the sale.  Wefindanycars.uk is not liable to deliberate misuse or wear and tear items post-sale.

25. PAYMENTS

If a car in stock is being reserved for agreed notice days, a deposit amount would be requested. An example of this could be £100 held for viewing which the car will be held for the agreed time. if customers come and decide to purchase the car, any deposit will be taken off the final sale amount. In the case of no-shows, any deposit given will be non-refundable.

If partial deposits are made in advance to secure the car, a 10% deposit will be taken. If the customer decides not to go ahead with the purchase, Motors Are Us Ltd has full right to keep the 10% deposit in full and it is non-refundable. Management has the discretion to return up to 5% of the deposit depending on exceptional circumstances.

26. WARRANTY

Motors are Us Ltd are providing used cars, and wear and tear elements need to be considered when purchasing. Motors Are Us Ltd is not responsible for wear and tear items or MOT advisories post-sale. Any concerns need to be stated prior to the sale and Motors Are Us Ltd will give a 7-day period to report any mechanical issues post-sale. Warranty is given on all cars for 6 months with Warranty First. Depending on the car's age, mileage, wear and tear items are included with claim limits of £500 with £0 excess. This ensures peace of mind when purchasing. Any additional limits to claims are deemed chargeable and need to be discussed. If the price of the car has been reduced and no warranty has been given, the car's state of condition will be deemed as sold as seen. It is the responsibility of customers to read the Terms and Conditions. By paying any monies to Motors Are Us Ltd, you are accepting the terms and conditions stated.

27. DELIVERY

Delivery is charged at £2.50 a mile. Delivery charges are not refundable. If delivery is required, agreement of dates is given prior to payment. It is recommended to view all our cars in person to satisfy the experience of purchasing with us. If delivery is done and on arrival, the car is rejected, the delivery fee will be non-refundable.
